Yoga

Yoga at The Key is more than movement — it’s a space to return to yourself.

Each class invites you to move with intention, breathe with awareness, and explore stillness, supporting not only your body, but your mental clarity and emotional balance. There’s no need to know Sanskrit, touch your toes, or keep up with anyone else. Just come as you are.

Our sessions blend breath-led movement with moments of mindfulness and meditation. Everything is guided clearly and simply, with options for all levels — so you feel supported whether you're new or experienced.

Together, we strengthen the body, settle the mind, and reconnect with the deeper wisdom within.

What to Expect in Class

We don’t separate classes by style — each session is guided intuitively, based on the energy of the group and the season. You might experience flowing sequences, grounding shapes, or longer-held poses, always with breath awareness and time for stillness. All levels welcome.

Private Yoga Sessions

A one-on-one yoga experience tailored to your unique body, needs and goals. Whether you're new to yoga, working with injury, or seeking deeper connection, private sessions offer personalised guidance in movement, breath and meditation to help you feel more balanced, supported, and empowered.

Special Offerings

Yin Yoga & Sound Healing (event only)
This deeply restorative journey combines the stillness of Yin postures with the healing vibrations of sound bowls and instruments. Held as a special event, it’s a beautiful way to rest deeply and reconnect.

Meditation (event or private)
Available in private sessions or group events, meditation may include breathwork, visualisation, sound bowls or Yoga Nidra — simple tools to calm your mind, settle your nervous system and return to presence.

Beginners Yoga Workshop
A gentle, informative workshop introducing foundational poses, breathing techniques and mindful movement. Perfect for those starting out or wanting to refresh their practice.

 

Yoga mats, blankets and props are provided.

Some things to remember

  • Come to class on a light stomach. Avoid heavy meals 2 – 3 hours prior

  • Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing

  • Place mobile phones on silent before entering

  • Keep well hydrated

  •  Have fun with it and keep it light
