When movement is guided with care, balance follows naturally.
FRIDAY UNWIND | YIN & SOUND - 2026 dates coming soon
Yoga
Yoga, offered with care and attention.
Yoga at The Key is intentionally slow, considered, and personal.
Classes are capped at a maximum of four participants, creating space for attentive guidance, gentle pacing, and a calm, supportive environment. This is yoga designed to support your nervous system — not override it.
No prior experience is required.
Just come as you are.
What to Expect
Each class is guided intuitively, shaped by the energy of the group and the season.
Sessions may include breath-led movement, grounding or flowing sequences, longer-held poses, and moments of stillness. Options are always offered so you can move in a way that feels right for your body.
A Boutique Approach
Small class sizes allow for:
personal guidance
a quieter, less crowded space
a more responsive, high-touch experience
This approach supports not only physical wellbeing, but emotional and mental balance too.
Who It’s For
These classes are well-suited to people who:
feel mentally busy or overstimulated
prefer a slower, more personal studio environment
want yoga that feels supportive and sustainable
If you’re seeking fast-paced or high-intensity classes, this may not be the right fit — and that’s okay.
