At The Key, we offer a variety of supportive practices to help you reconnect with yourself — from yoga and meditation to intuitive massage and energetic therapies like Access Bars® and energy alignment sessions.

Our deeply nurturing bodywork treatments are designed to go beyond physical relief, easing tension while also supporting emotional and energetic balance. Whether you're in need of stillness, stress relief, or space to recalibrate, our offerings are here to help you return to centre — and stay there.

We also collaborate with trusted health and spiritual practitioners for special events, workshops, and retreats, supporting your journey toward lasting wellbeing.

Hi, I’m Kylie — founder of The Key Urban Retreats, and someone who believes that true wellbeing begins with awareness.

Like many, I’ve navigated moments of feeling overwhelmed and untethered. When my dad passed away over a decade ago, it brought a shift in how I related to myself and the world. It was during that time that I turned more deeply to yoga — not just for movement, but for stillness, breath, and presence. That choice became a turning point.

As a wife, mother of two, and former corporate professional, I understand how life can easily pull us out of balance. So much of our energy is spent in our heads — planning, doing, striving. I’ve learned the importance of returning to the body, grounding into the present moment, and choosing practices that support us to feel more like ourselves.

I’m a nature lover at heart — whether I’m barefoot in the backyard or taking a chilly dip in the sea, I feel most alive when I’m moving with the rhythms of the earth. Yoga, walking and dancing are my favourite ways to stay connected to my body and spirit.

The Key was created as a space to support others in reconnecting to themselves — gently, honestly, and with care. A place to move, rest, breathe and just be. A place that feels like an exhale.

My background includes Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training (including Massoga®), massage therapy, meditation, Reiki, and energy healing modalities like Access Bars® and Divine Energy Integration. But more than qualifications, I bring care, presence, and a heartfelt intention to everything I do.

The Key is here to help you reconnect — with your body, your breath, and your own version of balance. I’m so honoured to hold space for that journey.
