An hour that belongs to you, before the day belongs to everyone else.
As the end of the year approaches, the pressure begins to build.
Work deadlines, family commitments, Christmas plans, gifts to organise, people to think about and all those little things you're already holding in your mind.
And sometimes it's not even everything you're doing that feels exhausting. It's the anticipating, remembering, worrying and feeling responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly.
You're capable. You're caring. You're used to being the person everyone relies on.
But when someone needs something, how often do you automatically say yes, step in or take something else on without considering what you need?
What if you could care deeply without carrying everything?
In this gentle, practical and reflective online workshop, we'll explore how to recognise those automatic patterns and create a little more space between what life asks of you and how you choose to respond.
Through guided reflection, grounding practices and the Steady Self method — Notice, Pause, Listen, Respond — you'll begin to:
Notice when you're automatically taking responsibility for others.
Recognise the early signs that you're reaching your capacity.
Pause before saying yes, stepping in or pushing through.
Listen to what you genuinely need and have capacity for.
Respond with greater awareness and choice, without leaving yourself out.
This isn't about becoming less caring, doing everything perfectly or saying no to everyone.
It's about learning to include yourself in the life you're already living.
And perhaps discovering that you don't have to carry everything in quite the same way.
