A Lunar New Year Sacred Ritual

Lunar New Year marks a powerful threshold - a moment to honour what has completed and consciously step into what is ready to move through us.

This intimate three-hour sacred ritual is designed to support the transition from the wisdom and shedding of the Snake year into the embodied courage and forward momentum of the Fire Horse year.

Held in a small, ceremonial container, this is a space to slow down, soften, release, and gently ignite what is calling you forward - without pressure, performance, or overwhelm.

We will begin with grounding and arrival, followed by a long-form Yin Yoga and Sound Healing practice to support deep nervous system settling and release. From this quiet inner space, we will move into a simple fire ceremony, offering what we are ready to leave behind and welcoming the energy of clarity, courage, and movement for the year ahead.

The afternoon will close with gentle embodied activation, reflective journaling, and quiet integration, supported by herbal tea and light nourishing snacks.

This is not a workshop or a class - it is a ritual space for women who feel ready to cross a threshold with intention, presence, and reverence.
