Classes at The Key are intentionally small and thoughtfully paced, allowing space for genuine connection - to your body, your breath, and yourself.
Rather than pushing or perfecting shapes, the focus is on:

With limited numbers in each class, you’ll receive attentive guidance and the freedom to move in a way that feels appropriate for you - not the room.

These sessions are designed for people seeking more than surface-level relaxation.
Each offering is held one-on-one and tailored to your individual needs - whether you’re navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, physical tension, or a period of transition.
Sessions may weave together intuitive massage, Access Bars®, energetic realignment, meditation, and essential oils to support deep rest and recalibration.
This is gentle, spacious work - held with care, presence, and respect for your nervous system.
